Why Join?
- If your company is contemplating establishing a travel department, this association will provide you with the resources and the contacts to make that a reality.
- If your company already has a corporate travel department, this association can benefit you and your company through the information-sharing process and networking with others who share the same needs and responsibilities.

Membership Types
Honorary Lifetime Membership shall be limited to members of good standing, who retire from employment of a full-time basis. Lifetime membership may be appointed to such members by a majority vote of the membership. Lifetime membership shall have all rights and privileges of the Association with the exception of voting rights and holding an elective office.
Allied Membership is open to any person who is responsible for directing the business conducted by the following companies: Auto Rental, Bus, Certified Air Carrier, Charge Card, Credit Card, Cruise Line, Hotel, Motel, Railroad, Travel Related Automation Company, Travel Management Consulting Firms, Travel Management Companies and other travel professional services firms or associations. Allied membership shall have all voting rights unless otherwise specified herein, and may hold elective office within the Association. Allied membership may be transferred within a company upon application to and approval by the Membership Committee.
Direct Membership shall be limited to any person regularly employed to 1) procure business travel services for employees of the corporation or organizations, or 2) promulgate and administer business travel polices for the corporation or organization. Direct members shall have all voting rights and may hold elective office within the Association.
Education Membership is open to full-time College or University students enrolled in and pursuing a four-year degree in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism. Professors in these degree programs may also join and attend. There are no annual or meeting fees.
Company Limited Membership is open to employees of the same company who have multiple qualified Members. This Membership allows up to four individuals from the same company to join VBTA at a discounted rate. This Membership can be either an Allied or Direct Membership; however, all proposed Members must be of the same designation (either Allied or Direct) and must meet all of the requirements of the individual membership category.

$45.00* Guest (guests welcome to attend a maximum of one event per calendar year)
$150.00 Individual Annual Pre-paid Meeting Fee which saves $25.00 (Does not include Golf Tournament/Silent Auction)
$10.00 Late registration fee added to Meeting fee for Members and Guests
*Guest fees are normally $45 for regular meetings; however, are subject to increase dependent on event and venue.
